You need to contact Engineering Services if:

• New Service Connection / Upgrade:
  • Approval of new meter location
• Potential conflict with Burlington Hydro equipment during construction or with construction vehicles/apparatus
• A disconnect/reconnect or isolation for the purposes of tree trimming (or for reasons associated with the above items)
• Voltage problems – high or low voltage levels
• Sign off on demolition permits
