Burlington Hydro is Conducting a Telephone Survey to Gauge Electrical Safety Awareness in the Community
Please be aware that Burlington Hydro is currently undertaking a safety awareness telephone survey conducted by UtilityPULSE on behalf of Burlington Hydro. You may receive a call from one of our representatives. Please be informed that this is a legitimate survey.
The survey relates to electrical safety and gaining an understanding of the level of power safety awareness in our community. We want to be sure that community residents not only understand, but are able to learn, about some of the measures that will keep them safe around utility powerlines and equipment.
The survey only takes about 5 minutes to complete and deals with important safety themes and protocols. It’s conducted every second year and helps Burlington Hydro gauge the level of electrical safety awareness in the community. Results will tell us what safety measures are least understood, what age groups are most informed, and what we need to do in order to get important safety information into our community.
