Holiday Operating Hours and Off-Peak Pricing Schedule

Over the upcoming holiday season, Burlington Hydro administrative services will be closed between Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024, and Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025. Services will re-open on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025 at 8:30 am.

Time-of-Use (TOU) and Ultra-Low Overnight Holiday Off-peak pricing is in effect on Wednesday, December 25 and Thursday, December 26, and again on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

Crews will be on standby and ready to respond in case of any emergency power outages. If you experience a power emergency, call 1-877-310-4937. You can also quickly report outages through our newly launched outage map, which provides real-time updates and makes it easier to track restoration progress.
