You May Have Noticed your Customer Account Number has Changed

Burlington Hydro has recently transitioned to a new Customer Information System. The new system provides us with the tools to better serve our customers as expectations and preferences continue to evolve - from the creation of customer information portals (MyAccount) to the ability to more quickly access and respond to customer enquiries, among other upgrades.

Please note that as part of this system transition it has been necessary for customer account numbers to change, beginning in July 2021. The change has no other material effect beyond the numeric change of your account.
