Updates feature improved navigation, graphics and content

Burlingtonhydro.com is undergoing updates featuring improved navigation and graphics for Burlington Hydro customers.

The updated web site delivers improved access to key pages and web tools, and lays the groundwork for expanded content such as 'Works', Burlington Hydro's upcoming portal to showcase engineering and operations activity and provide self-serve forms for work projects, net metering connections and other services.

The site will also encourage more customers to explore existing portals offering tools, tips and resources for Outages, Powerline Safety and Conservation.

The Outage Portal, among the busiest sections of the web site, provides streamlined access to outage updates included an embedded Twitter feed, a link to Outagemaps and information to help stay safe during extreme outage events.

From customer pricing changes and e-billing campaigns to the latest news on energy scams and community projects, the streamlined site simplifies user navigation and keeps customers top-of-mind.
