Single dwellings only. Apply for a new service or upgrades including panel change, relocations and repair.
General Service Request Form (General includes Commercial, Condo Buildings, Industrial, and Institutions)
Applicable for all commercial, industrial & institutional locations. Apply for new service or upgrades including panel change, relocations and EV service.
Temporary Service Request Form
During the construction of your new building, you might need temporary service if the previous service was disconnected or if there was no prior service.
Isolations Request Form
Arrange to have power temporarily disconnected and reconnected. Applicable for residential connections including meter pulls, tree trimming, customer owned station maintenance and cut and reconnects (this includes outdoor maintenance projects (including such as painting, roofing, siding, etc)..
Non-residential Service Request Form
For unmetered service requests such as supplying power for streetlight and traffic signals, bus shelters, signage and communications.
New Subdivision Service Request Form
Application for a new subdivision/residential development. This would includes single-family dwellings, semi-detached, and townhouses.
