Important Notice in the Event of a Postal Strike
Due to the current state of labour negotiations between Canada Post and its workers, regular mail service may be interrupted. We encourage you to prepare for a possible postal interruption that could take place as early as November 3, 2024.
We're reminding customers that it's important to stay on top of your bill payments, ensuring their bills are paid by the due date. Several options are available for accessing bills and making payments, including:
1. MyBurlingtonHydro:
You can view your consumption, view bills, and sign-up for account notifications all through this powerful, mobile-friendly tool. Customers can sign up for e-billing through this portal, by navigating to 'My Bills' and selecting yes for paperless billing. Click here to access the portal.
2. Pre-authorized Payment Plans:
Pre-authorized Payment plans allow for payments to be automatically withdrawn from a bank account. Two options are available: a Basic Plan and an Equal Payment Plan. To apply for a pre-authorized plan, click here.
