Important Notice Regarding the Canada Post Service Disruption
Canada Post is currently experiencing a labour disruption that may affect mail delivery for Burlington Hydro customers. We're reminding customers that it's important to stay on top of your bill payments, ensuring your bills are paid by the due date.
Several options are available for accessing bills and making payments, including:
1. MyBurlingtonHydro:
You can view your consumption, view bills, and sign-up for account notifications all through this powerful, mobile-friendly tool. Customers can sign up for e-billing through this portal, by navigating to 'My Bills' and selecting yes for paperless billing. Click here to access the portal.
2. Pre-authorized Payment Plans:
Pre-authorized Payment plans allow for payments to be automatically withdrawn from a bank account. Two options are available: a Basic Plan and an Equal Payment Plan. To apply for a pre-authorized plan, click here.
