Infrastructure Work Along Dundas Street (Halton Region Project)
Burlington Hydro will be supporting the Halton Region Road widening project along Dundas Street by relocating electrical infrastructure in the area.
Project Overview
As part of Halton Region's work to widen Dundas Street, Burlington Hydro crews will be relocating existing utility assets to accommodate the road improvements. This work is necessary to support long-term growth and maintain the reliability of the local electricity system. Construction will take place along Dundas Street between Guelph Line and Kerns Road beginning in June 2026.
Burlington Hydro Work and Outages
To safely complete infrastructure relocations, temporary power outages may be required. Affected customers will receive advance notice if outages are necessary.
