Stop Leaking Money!
Water Conservation Tips:
Over time, the small things can really add up, when it comes to your water usage.
Four water conservation strategies for your household:

Check your faucets. A leaky faucet can waste as much as 100 litres of water over a 24-hour period. It's been estimated that a single leaking tap could waste enough water in one year to fill two swimming pools!

Check for leaks in your toilet tank. A silent toilet leak can waste up to 45 litres of water in one hour. Place a few drops of food colouring in your toilet tank and wait for 10 minutes. If you see the food colouring in the toilet bowl, you have a leak.

Use an aerator or water flow reducer on your faucets and especially at your kitchen sink. Today's aerators and flow reduction devices can reduce water usage by up to 60% without decreasing water pressure.

Install low-flow shower heads and try to reduce your shower time. If you shorten your usual shower time by 5-10 minutes, you can save up to 40 litres of water per shower.
